[comp.mail.elm] term modes during shell escape from editor

Elm 2.2 PL4 on SysV:

Apparently Elm does not reset the terminal modes before invoking an
external editor. If you do a shell escape from  the editor, the
terminal is left in a raw, no-echo mode.

Fixed in patch #6 (which has already been posted). But thanks anyway.
