[comp.mail.elm] minor bug in ELM

There is a minor bug in ELM [ELM 2.2 PL0]. If you use the pipe ('|') command
with an empty mail box, you get a segmentation violation and ELM exits without
removing the lock file in /tmp.

Should do_pipe() just return if 'message_count' is 0?
