[comp.mail.elm] elm bug - save with limit in effect

I've stumbled across the following bug in Elm.

  1) use the "l" command to establish a limit.
  2) go to the last message in the limited list
  3) save it
  4) the message will be saved, and then the display will replace this
     message with the next one in the mailbox rather than showing the
     last message with the "D" marker.  If you move down to the deleted
     message (via "J") the display will be corrected.
