I just reinstalled elm 2.2 PL10 from scratch, going all the way back to the original distribution files. When I ran 'patch -p -N < patch10', it said several of the files were not PL9. Take a look at patch #10 and i think you will find that there is two copies of
the same set of patches appended together. I just hacked out one copy and it
worked fine.
