[comp.mail.elm] Patch13 failure

When I tried to install Elm 2.2 Patch13 I got the following error from the
"make" command.  The system is 4.3 BSD.


cd src; /bin/make - all
cc  -O -I../hdrs    -c elm.c
"elm.c", line 106: Undefined symbol:  errno    
"elm.c", line 106: Type mismatch
*** Error code 1

Stop.
*** Error code 1

Stop.

Any ideas.  Thanks
