[comp.mail.elm] How do I get *no* prefix in replies?

Well, I did read the manual, the reference guide, and even played with it
myself, but I can't seem to find a setting for "prefix" in my .elmrc that
causes elm to include the original message with no prefix.  Is this possible?
If not, why not?
