[comp.mail.elm] source routing not handled

I am using pl16 and discovered a message when using a To: address with source
routing, e.g. @<domain qualified host>:<user>@<host>, e.g.

@wuvmg.wustl.edu:c90562jm@wuvmd.bitnet

That it could not parse it correctly to get the folder name to store the
outgoing mail
