[comp.mail.elm] filter error not obvious

The error is not obvious (and the error messages give no details) so I cannot
figure out why it does not work.  Can anyone here see anything obvious to this?

Well, the error is that filter cannot find your rules file.  In
previous versions of Elm, the rules were put in ~/.filter-rules.  Now,
I believe they are in the file ~/.elm/filter-rules.
