[comp.mail.elm] DOS port for Elm?

I suppose this question has come up in the past, but has anyone done a port
of Elm to DOS?

There is a growing number of TCP/IP and NFS using PC's on our network, for
whose users I'd like to provide an intelligent mail interface or two, like
Elm and probably a UCBmail-like user interface such as Mush (a DOS port of
an older version of which I'm experimenting with now.)
