[comp.mail.elm] NOXHEADER fix

I made a small fix to src/mailmsg2.c
In there there was an ifdef for NOXHEADER what was prepared
by config.h and config.h.SH as NO_XHEADER.
Probably a typo. Here is the fix for config.h.SH:
