I would like ALL my outgoing mail to go to <maildir>/.sent, even if a folder exists for the recipient. I want incoming mail that I wish to retain to go to the sender's folder by default (i.e., I want to see a default =sender option on save so I can just hit RETURN and go on); the folder should be created if not already in existence. I can't seem to find a set of values for forcename, sentmail, copy, and savename (or any other variables, for that matter) that will let me do this. Is this because it cannot be done in the current release of Elm or simply because I haven't correctly parsed the description(s) in the Elm user manual? Please don't ask me why I want it this way ;-) -- alfred Internet: execu!sequoia!unisql!alfred@cs.utexas.edu UUCP: {uunet, cs.utexas.edu!execu}!sequoia!unisql!alfred ``Politics is comedy plus pretense.'' -- Mark Alan Stamaty (Washingtoon)
