When sending mail to an alias listing a large group of recipients, is there any way to prevent the expansion of the alias (into the full list of recipients) in the To: line of resulting message? This expansion creates a real nuisance when you receive a message whose To: line overflows buffers in various mail handling programs and which pointlessly fills your screen. (I realize that preventing this alias expansion also prevents the recipients from doing a 'group' reply - but nevertheless this choice should be left to the person sending mail, not forced by the MUA.) -- -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Laurence G.
