Howdy! I was just looking for some help with creating an elmrc. I can't find any local documentation on it. Could someone be so kind as to give me a few pointers on how to make it up? My main interest at the moment is to get to automatically append my outgoing mail with my .signature file, if this is possible. Anyhow, thanks in advance. Respond by email if possible (I'll get to it quicker). /\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\ MINNESOTA MINNESOTA >< /(<*>)\ >< GOPHERS GOPHERS >< \( v )/ Rory K. One thing you really ought to do is everywhere it has a /u10/rory, replace it with a $HOME, that way if (when) your account is moved, it will still work, someday I'll change the Elm code so this is done correctly to begin with. Raw *roff documents are found in /p2/p2/pd/elm2.3/dist/doc, someday in my spare time I'll convert them to postscript so they can be delt with easier. The man pages are also on line. Any questions can be answered by the Help Desk at CIRT ph. 277-4848. Also, IRC regularly schedules Elm configuration and tutorial classes, you can call them to register for one of the classes at 277-8144. -- Steve.
