Sorry if this is obvious, but I haven't been able to figure out how to do this... If I receive mail from someone, with a Cc: list in the header, I sometimes want to reply to both the sender and the Cc: recipients. With Berkeley mail, you can do this by using 'r' to reply to both the sender and the Cc: recipients, and 'R' to reply to the sender only, ignoring the Cc: list. Is there a way to do the same in Elm ?
