As more and more MUAs seem to be generating Date:s of the form
WWW, DD, MM, YY[YY] {+-}HHMM
for example
Date: Tue, 30 Oct 90 18:15 +1100
it would be nice if ELM's folder sort was not cnfused by them.

It's already been added to Elm 2.4 as part of a prior patch. it was too complicated to add it to Elm 2.3, sorry, you'll have to wait for 2.4.
