Hope someone out there can help with this one as it has me stymied. I have some users who have set ELM up so that a copy is automatically saved for them in their sent file (=sent). However, I have had a couple of users contact me to say that the sent file is not capturing all of their mail. When it fails to do this, I have discovered it DOES at least, dump a copy in a file with the same name as the login of the outgoing message. So the message can be found by doing c for c)hange folder and ? to list all the possible folders. Sure enough there will be folders there that the user did not create that hold the missing copies. The only common denominator I have found so far is that it seems to occur with users who are sending within their same group. If anyone has seen this same anomoly or knows how to solve this please post the answer. By the way, I am not a system admin, nor a programmer, so if you can explain this in a some language that a human 'bean' can understand it would be much appreciated.
