[comp.mail.elm] Where is source for ELM available?

The subject says it all. Where can I get the source for the newest
version and patch of Elm? I need the whole thing, not just the
patches. 

Also does anyone have any experience installing elm on a Gould
Powernode? It is running UTX, a BSD like flavor of UNIX.
