The subject says it all. I can get into the alias section just fine. I can define an alias using the "Convert current message to alias" function (A), I can list the aliases I have. But that seems to be the end of it. I thought you could use these aliases as short names in the TO: section of an email message, however the darn thing never expands them to the full address. Am I doing something wrong or am I just dense? When the system asks me for an alias I type a short (3 char) identifier, it then adds the full name from the letter header and the full address from the letter header. I can list them and they look like this: FULL NAME (SHORT) = NAME@LOC.LOC.NET But when I use the (P)erson function it can't find FULL NAME, SHORT or NAME@LOC.LOC.NET. Do I have to precede the alias with a special character or type one after entering it?
