[comp.mail.elm] Compiling ELM under Interactive UNIX for the IBM-PC

Dear all,

I have a rather large problem in trying to compile ELM under Interactive UNIX
version 2.2.  I get the following linker error:

undefined                       first referrenced
symbol                          in file
ntohl                           aliaslib.o
^^^^^ This is what it does not  ^^^^^^^^^^ This is the first file to be linked
      understand                           for the ELM program

This same linker error comes up for me in compiling the utils.

Can someone out there tell me why this would happen, and what I can do to
fix it?  I specify -linet in the libs= statement in the config.sh file.
