Hi, I'm fairly new to elm. I need help in two things:

1> how can I set up a distribution list in elm.

2> any kind of information, manual, article, anything
that will scoupe me up from a very basic user, to
	    at least an intermediate level.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanx.

The first thing I suggest to people here is to go into (O)ptions and
change your (U)ser level [by hitting the space bar] to at least
Intermediate, or even Expert, even if you aren't. (Also do > to save
it so it'll be that way every time you're in Elm.) I've found that if
people know what keys are available and can play around with them,
they end up learning a lot more (especially if they're manual-phobes).
