Is there a way to get the index of mail to be shown in the order of when they arrived. I am on a mailing list and it is quite a pain to have to read RE: NOTHING before i read NOTHING So can this be reversed? -Sid -- +------------+---------------------------------------------------+ | Sid Sowder | SSowder@silver.ucs.indiana.edu | +------------+---------------------------------------------------+ | Lyric of the Week: Punk's not dead just deserves to die | | when it becomes another stale cartoon. -Jello Biafra | +----------------------------------------------------------------+

One problem I've had with sorting by Date Mail Sent is that there is no correction for time zones: if Foo submits to a reflector at 10:00:00 EDT, and Bar receives it fifteen minutes later at 7:15:00 PDT and answers at 8:20:00 PDT on the same date, when I read my mail later, 8:20:00 is treated as earlier than 10:00:00 and the response is put first if I sort by Date Mail Sent. Date Mail Received is a little better, but unless you have moved things around, for your main incoming folder it comes out pretty much the same as Mailbox Order.
