[comp.mail.elm] Moving messages to new folders - automatically.

I have a number of folders with a over a hundred messages.  At this point it
requires a fair amount of time to change to one of these folders.  

I don't want to delete the messages but I would like to have the 'older' messages
moved to another folder.  For example, I have a folder 'sun-support' used
to hold communications with Sun support.  It has, naturally, become very
full :-).  For this and others I would like an automatic way to move messages
to another folder, for example, sun-support.OLD.  

Does elm have a way to accomplish this?  I haven't seen one but have missed
other useful features in the past.  If elm does not support this type of
capability, is there other software which does?  Is this the sort of capability
that could be added to elm???
