The Time Inc. Editorial Technology Group has one opening
for an Editorial Systems Specialist (Programmer) in its Software
Support Department. This position requires on-the-job Unix
(C language) applications programming experience of at least
one year in length; demonstrable C and Bourne shell programming
competence; and outstanding verbal and written interpersonal
communications skills.

o User-friendly shell script user interface design experience.
o Knowledge of LISP or SETL.
o IBM PC / MS-DOS C programming experience.
o Some knowledge of RSX-11M.
o Typesetting and/or publishing and text editing
programming experience.
o Database management experience.
