I am posting this for a friend who is contemplating working in Spain for a 2-3 year tour as a employee of a US firm or its subsidiary in Europe. He would like to correspond with someone about life in Spain, and all the details of such a job adventure. I pressume that there is a lot of people out there that have taken jobs assigments in Europe or elsewhere in the world. As a matter of fact I am interested in the subject as well. How does one go out there ? With an employment contract? What are the good and bad things of such job assigments? What should one look for an such an employment contract?
