Analyzes functional impact of hardware and soft- ware changes. Requires BS/EE or Computer Science. 5 years experience in Systems analysis and integration of digital and/or analog communications systems. ****** DIRECTOR, NETWORK PLANNING ****** Coordinates projects and planning efforts.
