We are seeking people interested in developing 'state
of the art' speech recognition and synthesis products.
We have openings in the areas of advanced speech processing
algorithm development, hardware design, firmware development,
and applications programming.
ENVIRONMENT:
The positions are available in Columbus, Ohio - a growing
midwestern city (of 1 million plus) noted for it's
universities and low housing costs.
The developers work in small teams in an entrepreneurial
environment. The development facilities include two VAX
11/780's, an array processor, extensive color graphics tools,
and a large number of microprocessor based systems.
REQUIREMENTS:
The candidate should have a Master's or PhD in Computer
Science, Electrical Engineering, or a discipline related
to Speech Processing. Experience with 'C', UNIX[TM],
real-time systems development, and mini/micro systems
is a definite plus.
