There are openings for a full-time position and a summer position as a technical writer in the Intel CAD group. We are looking for technical writers to coordinate, write, edit and verify technical documentation for a wide range of engineering and graphics software. The writer will be expected to follow established documentation procedures for the production and maintenance of documents. The ability to work closely with software engineers in a technical engineering environment and to meet tight deadlines is desirable. Necessary qualifications are: - Computer Science or programming experience. - Strong communications and interviewing skils. - Excellent command of English. The full-time position requires a BA or BS in Technical Communications, Journalism or English. The summer student must be a Junior or Senior working towards one of the above degrees.
