        Position Description - Software Project Engineer


     Responsibilities: Individual will  be  responsible  for  the
     next generation Graphics Software design and implementation.
     Requires participation with the display team in defining and
     creating high-level 'C' graphics firmware.

     The position requires  a  BSCS,  working  knowledge  of  the
     graphics standards - preferably GKS, VDI, and SIGGRAPH CORE,
     and a minimum of 3-5 years of  experience  in  a  high-level
     programming language. Experience with 'C' and UNIX is highly
     desirable.

     Experience and Characteristics desired:

     - BS/MS in computer science or equivalent experience.
     - Good Knowledge of high level and assembly languages.
     - Working Knowledge of Software Engineering  discipline  and
     methodology in general.
     - Knowledge of graphics packages - GKS,  VDI,  and  SIGGRAPH
     CORE are desired.
     - Experience with UNIX and 'C'.

        Position Description - Software Quality Assurance Engineer


     Responsibilities: Individual will  be  responsible  for  the
     evaluation of the current and next generation graphics workstation 
     and controllers.  Will have responsibility in developing test plans 
     and test cases, establishing verification and benchmark suites.  May
     assume the project leadership responsibility to estabilish a
     QA organization in the future.
     
     The position requires  a  BSCS,  knowledge  of  the graphics standards 
     - preferably GKS, VDI, and SIGGRAPH CORE, Good working knowledge in 'C' 
     and UNIX operating system environment.
