Philips Laboratories is searching for  a  Senior  Artificial
Intelligence  research  manager  to  join its new Artificial
Intelligence group.  Research areas of interest include:

          Expert Systems

          Machine Learning

          Knowledge Representation

          Robotics

          Machine architectures for AI.

Requirements for the position include:

          Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field, with
             emphasis on Artificial Intelligence;

          5+ years beyond the Ph.D. in AI research;

          A record of published AI research.
