CADDEX is a startup company located in Woodinville, Washington about
20 minutes northeast of Seattle.  We are an emerging leader in the
technical documentation industry, incorporating state-of-the-art
technologies from networking, databases, graphics and user interfaces
into our products.  CADDEX is looking for individuals with broad
experience in the above areas, and in particular, operating systems
(VAX/ELN, VMS), relational databases (RDB/ELN) and networking (DECNET).

we have immediate openings for the following positions:

SOFTWARE MANAGER

To manage our system architecture and system integration groups.  The
qualified individual should have a strong background in managing
research and development software projects, with emphasis on software
development cycle methodologies.  Preference will be given to persons
with backgrounds in databases, networking, technical documentation
and software quality assurance.

SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER - RELATIONAL DATABASES

We are seeking an experienced software engineer with technical expertise
in relational and distributed databases.  The person we are looking for 
should be able to assume a technical lead role in our database group
and would preferably have a minimum of a M.S. in computer science or
equivalent.  The individual should also have at least 2 years' experience
working with relational databases, preferably in a distributed network
environment.

SOFTWARE SUPPORT ENGINEERS

We have a number of openings for customer support engineers to work
both in our home office and in the field.  These individuals must have
previous experience in software support, preferably with VAX computers.
Candidates with experience in VMS, VAX/ELN, "C" and technical documen-
tation are preferred.  Qualified engineers will work with our development
engineers and customers in the field.
