To those interested... I have decided that I want to move to California. So, I will be looking for a job, somewhere in California. I have not narrowed my focus on any particular part of California, but much prefer somewhere along or near the coast. I have my eye on the Bay area, LA, Santa Barbara, and San Diego! Since that's where most of the jobs are I guess I don't have too much of a worry! I currently live in cold, but very green, state of Minnesota. I have about seven years experience in computers, in general, with the last 3.5 years in Unix. I have been systems administrator, a system programmer, and have written many applications programs. In my Unix years, I have been programming in C, of course. I have dealt with other languages, such as DBMS's (Ingres, Troll) and shell-scripts, etc, etc... I have decided not to post a lengthy resume to the net, but I am more than willing to send (US mail or e-mail) a resume to anybody requesting one. If I sound qualified for a position, please do!
