What is this crap, why are you sending it to me, and why should I give a
damn about the internal state of your mailer?  Are other people getting
this stuff?

I also got a bunch of these bogus messages directed to me.  I suggest that it
should be made to stop, as I have too many messages a day to read as it is.

Fix it, or take 'em off the list.
