[comp.protocols.tcp-ip] calendar service

craig@NNSC.NSF.NET.UUCP (07/10/87)

Hi Folks,

The NSF Network Service Center is now maintaining an on-line calendar
of events of interest to the Internet/NSFNET community. The hope is that
this will help us all manage our time a bit better :-). I've appended the
calendar for August as an example below.

Calendar entries are available by anonymous FTP from sh.cs.net
(calendar/<mon> where <mon> is the three letter abbreviation for the
month) or through the CSNET Info-Server (info@sh.cs.net) using a request
of the form:

request: calendar
topic: <mon>
request: end

Again, <mon> is the three letter abbreviation, or the full month name,
e.g. "aug" or "august".

If you have meetings or conferences you would like included on this
list, mail to calendar-request@nnsc.nsf.net.

Thanks,

Craig
