Can someone out there tell me how to get a copy of
NETWATCH for IBM PC (or some similar program to
analyze ETHERNET traffic)? Thanks, GNR

NETWATCH for IBM PC (or some similar program ...

TCPDUMP for Suns is also useful for checking traffic patterns. It does lack
the real-time interface that NETWATCH has. Van Jacobson (van@lbl-csam.arpa)
made this available from one of his hosts.

NETWATCH is part of the PC/IP package from MIT. You can get a copy of it
by contacting:
	MIT Microcomputer Center
	Room 11-209
	77 Massachusetts Avenue
	Cambridge, MA 02139
	(617) 253-6325

It has drivers for the 3COM 3C500/3C501 ethernet interface, the Micom-Interlan
NI5010 ethernet interface and the Proteon p1300 ProNET-10 interface.
