DEVELOPMENT OF A MULTI-USER SPEECH LABORATORY

The Max-Planck Institute for Psycholinguistics in the Netherlands is
currently developing a large multi-user speech laboratory. It will
consist of individual speech word-stations clustered around a central
VAX. We are urgently looking for someone with DEC/VAX experience,
with expertise in digital signal processing, graphics, and the
design of user interfaces, to assist in the development and
installation of the laboratory. The job will involve both the
modification of existing software to work on the VAX, and the
development of new facilities as specified by the users. We are
offering a two-year contract, possibly extendable to a maximum of
three years. The starting-date is immediate.
