I have been reading RFC 1001, which describes a protocol to support NetBIOS in a TCP/IP environment, and wonder whether anyone has thought about a standard way to support NetBIOS in an ISO Transport/IP environment. DG's PC Integration product includes NetBIOS running over ISO Transport class 4 and ISO IP in PCs and MV hosts to support MS-NET and the Microsoft redirector; I would be interested in hearing from anyone who has had similar experience. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Lyman Chapin lyman@ice9.ceo.dg.com Data General Corp.
