CUSTOMER SUPPORT ENGINEER
The Technical Services Department of HCR has an immediate opening
for an experienced engineering professional to provide post-sales
customer support. This position reports directly to the Director
of Technical Services.
DUTIES: -become familiar with our System Products line
-provide telephone/TELEX customer support regarding these
-provide product enhancement direction to development teams
-provide customer information to Sales department
-assist with programming duties for internal programs used
in the Support and Manufacturing areas
QUALIFICATIONS:
-a good working knowledge of C, Pascal, and UNIX
-a reliable and methodical approach to problem solving
-a pleasant and mature manner in dealing with customers
-familiarity with VMS would be an advantage
-some familiarity with DEC hardware would also be an asset
