Wonderful, I love it! Now, we have something going. Pure Science and Pure
History have to be one and the same. My Wife, the History Major, salutes you.
Remeber, the Roman roads go straight as the arrow and do bob from bot
to top; however, the Scots, being more sneaky, snake form side to side...

Dave:

Be careful what you say!  Scotland has great scenery and you need curves to
have a place for a lay by so the tourists can stretch their legs and enjoy
the view.  Anyway, its sometimes difficult to go in a straight line after
consuming the Water of Life and its wiser to snake the road and keep the
vehicles off the berm.

Nonsense, and mind ye haggis, m'boy. Wee ken I spent the year teaching
the lads computer science at Edinburgh a few years back. Why, e'en the
sheep did mow the fuzz on Arthur's tail and the thistle's ball and
thus became the fuzz-ball. 'Ta and a round to fair Robert, but mind
the tee shot on the fourteenth...
