1. RFCs are at SRI-NIC. You can use anonymous login with password guest and FTP from the <NIC> directory. 2. old articles - if you mean published ones, the NCSU computer science library, if you have one, should have journal and proceedings. Vint Cerf

Vint, The RFCs are now kept in their own directory <RFC> and a person can get them by either one of two forms: a) RFC:RFCnnn.TXT b) <RFC>RFCnnn.TXT Where "nnn" is the number of the RFC that you are trying to get (they now go up to four digits long).
