Dave, The suite includes tests for things like dropped packets, garbled packets, and out of order packets. But the testing machine and the machine under test are separated by a network, and the testing machine has to be able to check the results of the tests. If the network is dropping packets on its own, then the testing machine will be wildered. Does that make you willing to upgrade the certificate?
