Astronautics Technology Center (ATC), ACA's research and development facility, is currently expanding the corporation's technology base into the areas of high performance computer development, high-efficiency magnetic refrigeration, earth orbiting and other space systems, wind profiler systems and other tar- gets of opportunity. Immediate openings exist in the computer development group, in the following areas: 1. I/O Systems Design -- develop an entirely new I/O sys- tem with unprecedented bandwidth and flexibility. Design ex- perience in I/O systems for IBM Channel, Multibus or VME bus, and knowledge of the Unix I/O system is desirable. 2. Diagnostic System Design -- develop advanced, expert system for automated remote diagnostics and fault detection. Experience in diagnostic systems and software is essential.
