Astronautics Corporation of America (ACA), is a firm with over 25
years of high technology expertise. Astronautics Technology Center
(ATC), ACA's research and development facility, is currently expanding
the corporation's technology base into the areas of high performance
computer development, high-efficiency magnetic refrigeration, earth
orbiting and other space systems, wind profiler systems and other tar-
gets of opportunity. Immediate openings exist in the computer
development group, in the following areas:
1. I/O Systems Design -- develop an entirely new I/O sys-
tem with unprecedented bandwidth and flexibility. Design ex-
perience in I/O systems for IBM Channel, Multibus or VME bus,
and knowledge of the Unix I/O system is desirable.
2. Diagnostic System Design -- develop advanced, expert
system for automated remote diagnostics and fault detection.
Experience in diagnostic systems and software is essential.
As the capital of Wisconsin and home of the University of Wisconsin,
Madison is known for its high standard of education and its quality of
life. Madison is a city built on the shores of five lakes and with
the beautiful State of Wisconsin offers many recreational activities,
including sporting and cultural events.
