I am attempting to find information on the MMDF E-MAIL package. I especially need information on who developed it and what organization they worked for at the time. I need information on contractual and legal aspects of the development as well as the subsequent distribution rights. I would like to know who in fact has distribution rights to MMDF and who owns the source code, and who is now responsible for software maintenance.
