We are in the process of staffing up a new project to design and
implement a highly optimizing, retargetable common code-generator
for multiple languages and target machines.
The "advertising summary" for the positions we are trying to fill
is:
Senior Compiler Engineers - 3 positions

Project leader/individual contributors with strong experience implementing production
compilers. Extensive background in any of the following: C, PASCAL, ADA. Knowledge
of code generation technology and optimization techniques. Back-end technology
experience desired. Engineers would work on Apollo's new generation of compilers
using state of the art compiler construction techniques. Masters Degree in Computer
Science with eight years software development experience preferred.
