I access the Internet from my Macintosh, using NCSA Telnet, which includes a SERVER ftp. I can't initiate a transfer. To fetch a file I must log in to your system, and send the file back to myself. Any of you charitable folks willing to install some sort of "anonymous" account with login priveleges (maybe only able to run user ftp)? Then I could actually fetch those RFCs and IENs. I suspect I'm not the only one. AXM
