Bob,

The decoder ring is next to the Rosetta Stone, which is on your left as you 
enter the British Museum. It resembles a Moebius strip with Linear-B on one
side and ALGOL-68 on the other. Allegedly, it was found in an ancient burial
mound near Ur along with pieces of Cerfboard and embedded in Millstone.
You have to talk like this if you want to become an Internet Buzzard.

Not quite -- in Dave's case, a ring will only do
