[comp.protocols.tcp-ip] Information sought on Van Jocobson's algorithm

I've been away from the net for about a year now, so I missed
what I presume to have been avid discussion about Van Jocobson's
algorithm that was on the net recently.  I'm very interested in
reading more about this before SIGCOMM.  Could someone point me
in the right direction?
