As the new editor of ACM SIGCOMM Computer Communication Review, I'm trying to find ways to upgrade the newsletter. One experiment I'm planning for the next issue is an expanded bibliography. Currently CCR prints a list of recent papers in computer communication in major journals -- I'm trying to expand that converage by including including technical reports, conference proceedings, books and reviews of papers and books on computer communication. The bibliography also includes abstracts of papers from journals or proceedings which are not generally available. I would like to encourage people who are publishing technical reports to e-mail to me the citation and abstract for each tech report so it can be included in the CCR bibliography. Authors of books are also encouraged to let me know when their book comes out. The next issue will cover publications since July 1st -- so anyone who had something published earlier this month is also invited to send a note. Thanks, Craig
