[comp.protocols.tcp-ip] Will the real ... please stand up?

Both Xerox and the IEEE consider it their obligation to protect the
identity of the name of an entity which has been assigned 6 byte
manuf. ids or 2 byte Ethertypes. They have ignored suggestions that
at least they put a "check mark" on their application form, indicating\
that they are authorized to "release" this information.

In the meantime, I would appreciate hearing from the "owners" of these
manuf ids, seen on various nets:

00001b 000086 0000a9 0000b3 080001 080003
080019 08002e 080036 080036 080046 080067
080087 080090

They ARE shipping hardware, hence ought not be shy about keeping their
intentions secret any longer!!

Tnx in advance..............

If anyone can identify those manufacturer IDs, we'd like to hear about
them too (they aren't in LANWatch's parser either...).
