There was recently an article in this newsgroup written by someone who had sucessfully installed SLIP on an Ultrix workstation. I am currently trying to install SLIP on a Microvax-II running Ultrix 2.0, and am running into problems. I would appreciate hearing what modifications were necessary for Ultrix. I have installed everything correctly as far as I can see (modifications were definitely necessary for Ultrix), but am getting: /dev/ttyxx: No such device or address when I try the slattach.
