Hans Barz, (I tried sending this to whwb@cgch1.uucp and got a mailer error, this might have some general interest though). The folks at UCL have done a lot of work on this, JANET uses X.29 and there is a gateway at UCL which allows you to run a PAD program and get out on the X.25 network.
